Warranty

Lyon Construction+Design, LLC is committed to excellence in construction and communication, and includes the following warranty for all its craftsmanship. We honor our client's sacred home and family space, and endeavor to create a seamless and comfortable design and remodel experience while standing behind our efforts. 

Lyon Construction+Design, LLC warrants their work and/or materials used in the construction process against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of time of one year from date of installation.

Lyon Construction+Design, LLC, at the company's option, will at no charge either repair or replace the defective work and/or materials in question during the warranty period.

The express limited warranty is extended by Lyon Construction+Design, LLC to the original purchasers only and is not assignable or transferable to subsequent purchasers of the property where the work occurred.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or use of the product in ways other than considered normal and customary. Defects or damages from misuse, accident, neglect, or improper maintenance are not covered under this warranty. 

Adjustment, alteration, modification, or repair of product by someone other than an employee of or subcontractor for Lyon Construction+Design, LLC is not covered under this warranty.  Also excluded are materials covered by an existing original manufacturer warranty and work completed by others.
