• Single family residential structural knowledge and experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven success including effective skills in: listening, client needs-assessment and understanding, time management, process/project management, self-discipline, self-motivation, written communication, sense of humor, and personal accountability
• Team player
• Problem-solver
• Proven, successful track record in design, estimating, construction, or management
• Knowledge and experience in housing, construction, architectural design, interior design, kitchen and/or bath design, and remodeling
• Interest in environmental sustainability
• Certified Remodeler, Certified Lead Carpenter, Certified Kitchen/Bath Designer a big plus
• A personal drive to generate profitable business and thrilled clientele
