Project
In Progress
Lyon is currently
working on a lower level remodel which includes
a 3/4 Guest
Bathroom, Wetbar, Home Office area, Exercise
room, and Media/Game room. Two new large
egress windows allow for lots of natural light
and a more spacious sensation, and the
earth-tone paint scheme provides
a warm and cozy feeling. Putting on the
finishing touches, we're hanging light fixtures,
installing cabinetry and appliances, and
finalizing bathroom accessories. Almost
done - the family is very excited (did we catch
them dancing on the newly-installed carpet just
a few days
ago?!). |
Project Wrap
Up
We've recently completed
a Master Suite expansion and Garage addition for
one of our favorite repeat clients. While
many months in the planning stage, we were able
to transform the original space into a larger
and elegant Master Bedroom and Bath, complete
with his and her vanities, a large shower stall,
and freestanding tub; pictures to
follow!

No
More Homeless Pets KC
One
of our favorite non-profit organizations, No
More Homeless Pets KC, is launching an awareness
campaign to educate the public about the
services they offer and the importance of
spay/neuter and annual vaccinations for
pets. They are looking for volunteer teams
to hand out NMHPKC information across 4
weekends in August and September. If you
are interested in volunteering for this great
